Outbound Sales Representative


About the Role:
Main Street We’re seeking confident, goal-driven Outbound Call Center Agents to join our growing BPO team. As the voice of our company, you’ll connect with prospects and customers, promote services or products, and generate leads or close sales. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy meaningful conversations, and are motivated by targets and incentives.

Requirements
  • Willing to work as soon as possible
  • With BPO sales or upselling experience
  • Must be amenable to work onsite in Baliuag or Malolos

  • Make outbound calls to leads, prospects, or existing customers based on campaign objectives.

  • Introduce and promote products or services with clarity, professionalism, and enthusiasm.

  • Follow scripts and adjust messaging based on customer responses and needs.

  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales or call targets.

  • Accurately update CRM or client systems with call notes and outcomes.

  • Handle customer inquiries or objections with patience and product knowledge.

  • Collaborate with team leaders and QA to improve call performance and meet campaign goals.

  • ₱18,000 Basic Salary

  • ₱10,000 Welcome Bonus for qualified applicants

  • ₱4,000 Perfect Attendance Bonus

  • 10% Night Differential

  • Uncapped commission
